This isn’t your average mountain menu. At Saaser-Stube we try to craft and serve up edible adventures. From classic Rösti and and Angus Burger melting in your mouth to a Stroganoff that’s downright iconic, each dish is a love letter to Swiss tradition with a cheeky modern twist.
Enjoy a grand platte of either beef or beef and poulet. Tender slices of beef or beef and poulet arranged in an elegant circle, our centerpiece is a rich, homemade herb butter that melts into a savory delight.

Delight in our spectacular Rind Woronow – a juicy filet mignon (about 200 grams) is lovingly sautéed with a blend of aromatic herbs, caramelized onions and premium oil. All enhanced by a rich demi-glace and served with vegetables.
