Construction Update:
Construction at Residence is progressing according to the below schedule:

August: Additional internal structural walls construction
September: Additional internal structural walls construction
October: Drywall construction, HVAC & electrical installations, plastering and painting
November: Windows & doors installations, sanitary appliances, doors, carpentry and lighting
December: Final assembly of HVAC/electrical systems, furnishing / loose fittings, final facade and roof works
TBA: Acceptance, documentation, handover of operations
