Construction Update:
Construction works at Residence are continuing with a strong focus on internal structural works and ongoing technical installations throughout the building. Progress is visible across multiple levels, with teams working on interior preparations, installations, and structural detailing as the project advances toward the next phase.

Exterior access scaffolding also remains in place to support the continuing works around the building façade and upper levels. The overall structure is now clearly taking shape, and work is progressing steadily on site.
