Construction Update:
Work at Grand continues to progress steadily, with next major stage starting from mid-August to finalize the concrete works. This is closely followed by installation of windows and doors as well as the final façade construction.
Inside the building, technical pre-installations and structural partition works are now taking shape across several levels. Preparations for future apartment layouts and interior spaces are also continuing alongside the ongoing construction works. Ground and foundation-related works remain active around the building, while teams continue working simultaneously on both structural and technical phases to maintain overall progress.
