Construction Update:
Work at Grand continues to progress steadily, with clear advancements now visible both externally and internally throughout the building. Roof structures and timber framework installations are advancing well, while scaffolding remains in place to support the ongoing exterior works and preparations for upcoming façade elements, windows and doors.
Inside the building, technical pre-installations and structural partition works are now taking shape across several levels. Preparations for future apartment layouts and interior spaces are also continuing alongside the ongoing construction works. Ground and foundation-related works remain active around the building, while teams continue working simultaneously on both structural and technical phases to maintain overall progress.
