Construction Update:
Construction at the Grand Hotel is progressing according to the below schedule:
September/October: Additional structural walls construction, final concrete works for the terraces and elevator shafts
TBA: Drywall construction, HVAC & electrical installations, plastering and painting
TBA: Windows & doors installations, sanitary appliances, doors, carpentry and lighting
TBA: Final assembly of HVAC/electrical systems, furnishing / loose fittings, final facade and roof works
TBA: Acceptance, documentation, handover of operations
TBA: Completion spa and wellness
TBA: Completion restaurant
