Construction Update:
Construction at the Grand Hotel is progressing according to the below schedule:
September/October: Additional structural walls construction, final concrete works for the terraces and elevator shafts
November/December: Drywall construction, HVAC & electrical installations, plastering and painting
November/December: Windows & doors installations, sanitary appliances, doors, carpentry and lighting
January/February/March: Final assembly of HVAC/electrical systems, furnishing / loose fittings, final facade and roof works
March/April/May: Acceptance& final documentation
July 2027: Completion spa and wellness
July 2027: Completion restaurant
Aug 2027: Start of Hotel Operations
