Construction at Nordic is progressing according to the below schedule:

September: Construction start with concrete works
TBA: Roof installation
TBA: Drywall construction, HVAC & electrical installations, plastering and painting
TBA: Windows & doors installations, sanitary appliances, doors, carpentry and lighting
TBA: Final assembly of HVAC/electrical systems, furnishing / loose fittings, final facade and roof works
TBA: Acceptance, documentation, handover of operations
